Huatulco: The Best place to establish your second home.

Mexico is considered one of the best places of the world for retirement, very popular among international investors from a few decades now, mostly because is one of the largest countries in Latin America, for being close to United States and due the currency that actually gives an exceptional value to real state. 

Many times the question is how a foreigner can have properties in Mexico? The absolute answer is YES. As a foreigner you can buy and sell properties, even if it is located in “restricted zone” whom are clearly defined in Mexican law and constitution[1] , all this is possible with a Trust Figure.

Huatulco also, is the first sustainable tourist destination of American Continent, 65% of the extension is natural reserve, destined to ecologic and wild life conservation purposes, the other 35% of the extension is tourist matter. Almost all of the electricity is wind generated, has air, sea and land communication ways, and even with archaeology zones, besides breathtaking beaches and a truly great weather almost all the year.
